We are really proud of our repiano cornet player Michael Moorwood.
Michael has been studying for a BA in Music Performance at the University of Salford, and has graduated with a First-Class Honours degree!
Michael is also this years winner of the Iwan Williams Performance Award, presented in the picture above by Dr. Dan Price.
Well done Michael!
Michael’s last engagement with the band will be the Brighouse March and Hymn competition in a few weeks time. We will really miss Michael, but we wish him every success as he returns to London to be a freelance musician.
